EFT is Emotional Freedom Technique. In this video I explain about EFT (also called tapping) the benefits, and how to connect with me to schedule a consultation.

in this video I explain the Tapping Points.

There are the eight main tapping points and one point on your hand known as the karate chop spot on the heel of your hand. The other 8 points are: your eyebrow near the bridge of your nose, side of your eye, under your eye, under your nose, your chin, your collarbone, under your arm, and the top of your head.

In this video we just tap and breathe, and experience the practice.

This is a great practice for calming.

in this video we will go through a couple of tapping round for when one is feeling emotions, such as or similar to overwhelm, depression, or anxiety.

In this video we acknowledge the pain and rage that others may feel, live and experience, and tap for finding a way to open one's experience in love and compassion, even though my experience is different.
